I aid in day-to-day operations in the Clerk’s office; primarily through handling and caring for records which include, but are not limited to, case files, Court notes, transcripts, minutes, etc.

I aided in day-to-day operations in the Student Affairs office through working the desk, running errands, printing, customer service, etc.

I was trained in constituent services, meaning, I was the first voice people heard when they callednoir office. I was charged with aiding our valued constituents with any problems they had and pointing them in the right directions if we couldn't help them solve their problems. I also was educatednon policy and where the Congressman stood on certain issues to answer questions from constitutents. I also represented the Congressman in public events.

I was charged with crafting drinks and food for customers to perfection. I wanted them to feel valued and welcome at all times. I was trained on customer service and how to make our store feel like home (3rd Place Environment). I was also trained on how to make moments right and how to diffuse tense situations. I also learned how to work as a team to get things done.
