Ethan Patterson

The first three things I believe should be known about me are my integrity, timeliness, and honesty. No matter where I am or who is watching me, I am always the same person and adhere to the same morals when attending to work-related materials and people. During my five years at Inberg Miller-Engineers, I have never shown up to work drunk, intoxicated, or unable to perform my daily duties. Furthermore, I have never no-showed or shown up more than five minutes late without a clearly and openly communicated reason. Lastly, over my years at Inberg Miller-Engineers I have noticed that some of the most hard to find qualities in an employee is someone that shows up on time, brings a good attitude, and is ready and willing to work on a daily basis. That is why I pride myself not only on always striving to learn where and when I can but also paying attention to the "small" details of never being late, always being teachable, and communicating clearly and openly.
