1. Oversee Field Personnel.
2. Work with Superintendents prior to being on site, to determine what hardware/special tools will be required.
3. Schedule Field Techs daily, weekly, and monthly.
4. Demonstrates a team atmosphere and utilizes team to achieve best and desired results.
5. Work with less experienced employees to mentor and train them.
6. Develop training plan/schedule for new Field Techs, update and revise as needed.

8. Develop Truck/Trailer/Equipment Maintenance Program (Including policies, procedures, and checklists).

1. Ability to work in a variety of sites and weather conditions including, cold, wet, dirt, dust, wind, heat, etc.
2. Site cleanup including interior and exterior. Communicate with Superintendent if subcontractors are not compliant with policy.
3. Prepare job sites at project milestones, including but not limited to project starts, drywall gasket, flooring preparation, floor covering, and job punchout for owner walkthrough.
4. Support in material delivery and returns, when necessary, as directed by superintendents.
5. Maintain job site boxes, including delivery.
6. Ensure site materials are protected, if not let the site superintendent know.
7. Manage and dump trash trailers when full as directed, ensure trailers are covered for all deliveries.
8. Preparation for owner walkthrough, including exterior clean up, garage cleanup, and any request by site superintendent.
9. Project protection when required, for showers and tubs, cabinets, countertops, and any other surface requiring protection.
10. Truck and trailer maintenance, job truck cleaned and organized, trailers checked for operation and transportation.
11. Maintain clean and orderly storage units.
12. Work with the field manager on tool Inventory.
13. Complete and descriptive timecards, input into time management software daily.
14. Seek guidance and direction as necessary for the performance of duties.
15. Communicate with the Superintendent and Project Manager immediately if any problems or potential problems pertaining to jobs and task schedules occur.
