I am a freshman at Villanova University pursuing a degree in Economics while competing on Villanova’s Division I Men’s Tennis team. The demands of balancing high-level academics and athletics have strengthened my discipline, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure qualities I aim to bring into a career in finance. This past summer, I worked as a tennis professional at Glen Oaks Country Club in New York, coaching both children and adults. The role required strong communication, client service, and leadership skills, which I developed daily while managing lessons and tailoring instruction to individuals with diverse goals. I am fluent in English, Russian, and Spanish, which enables me to connect across cultures and perspectives. I am eager to apply my work ethic, leadership experience, and global outlook to internships in finance, with a particular interest in financial markets, investment research, and asset management.
In high school, I was awarded with invitations into the National Honors Society, Science Honors Society, and World Language Honors Society. In the tennis aspect of high school, I placed 5th place in New York State individually as a junior and 3rd place as a senior.
