• Director of photography for a midsize photography company focusing on team and individual portraits of youth sports league within the Chicagoland area.
• Managed team of 20 photographers and provided constructive feedback on projects to improve quality .

• Scheduled staff to work these photoshoots, coordinated paperwork and equipment pick up and drop off.

Before my promotion to director of photography I was lead photographer on many photoshoots in this position I:

• Managed on-site staff of 2-4 people for on location photoshoots.
• Set up, broke down and transported equipment for each photoshoot.
• Photographed anywhere from 20-400 athletics for in various posies for their photo day.
• Ensured the success of each individual photo day and that subjects had a good photo they would be happy with purchasing.

• Various photoshoots for different clients, from family session to weddings.
• Photographed historical buildings within Chicago for the record building to use.
• Album and Music covers for artists within Chicagoland.
