 IB FLOW PA Amazon RDU1 -Jan 2022 to present

  • Created a mechanism for 3 separate dept. IB, OB & TOM Team utilizing tools YMS, NYR, AFT and this resulted in trailer quality compliance by 95%. This Decreased trailer Hostler moves, reduced backlog inflation for building & updated inventory cost which directly impacted finance for productive results
  • Starve Time % achieved 50 cases per hour verses 45 goal. Improved processes for starve time result by reducing Decanter starve time with guided coaching, ensuring that lines flowing and moving for 97% of the time even during trailer turn over periods. Saw decrease Starve Time from 38% to within standard of 14%
  • Maintained & exceeded WIP Volume above the number of units for IB tracked at 80K WIP and distributed evenly to areas of most need. Kept Buffer in standard at 20 to 25 per floor and was then able to maintain staged work in accordance with FIFO by order of dwelling work when Buffer support was requested.
