Exhibited active participation in superior planning, organization, and communication skills. The position of the Lead Nurse Practitioner was delegated to me instead of the other two FNP.
Identified the future project of the clinic, in the near future and applied the principle of mental creation. Wrote down the expected results and steps that will lead to those results.
