Project Management/Estimating Assistant
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are executed timely and adhere to specified standards.
- Bid Preparation:
- Review project plans and specifications, develop comprehensive project scopes, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure all bid documents, estimates, and relevant details are compiled accurately for submission.
- Technical Support:
- Serve as IT specialist, providing solutions for hardware and software issues. Assemble and set up PCs for team members and ensure all systems run efficiently.
- Software Management:
- Utilize tools like Procore, Microsoft Software, Fieldwire, MS Project, HCSS, Bluebeam for bid submissions and other relevant project management tasks. Continuously seek and test new software solutions to streamline project management.
- Subcontractor & Supplier Coordination:
- Engage in active correspondence to clarify project details, answer queries, and discuss construction methodologies.
- Process Improvement:
- Actively refine and optimize the project management workflow, ensuring the team operates at peak efficiency.
- On-site Visits:
- Conduct site visits to assess the progression and quality of ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
- Recorded time allocated to projects and updated master tracking documents
