I like to bike and swim for fitness. Bowl and Fish for fun. I earned a red belt in TKD in 2014 and no longer actively practice. However, in the event that physical intervention within the scope of the job description is necessary, the basic fundamental blocks are effective in bringing them under control while minimizing the potential for injuries to myself, my team and the person(s) involved in the conflict under control.
