Enterprise Mobility, operating the National, Enterprise, and Alamo car rental brands Lot Driver
The lot driver is responsible for moving and positioning rental vehicles to various designated locations between our properties for servicing, transport and/or rental. A driver will perform all daily responsibilities with a focus on the needs to have vehicles ready for customers in accordance with our high-quality standards.
Under general supervision, incumbents patrol on foot or by vehicle, park facilities and land areas under the jurisdiction of Parks, Open Space & Cultural Services (POSCS), to provide visitor services, preserve natural resources, and to insure that a safe recreational environment is maintained; exercise judgment and initiative within established policies, procedures and guidelines; enforce County ordinances and POSCS policies, rules and regulations; collect fees; assist the public in the use of recreation facilities; and perform other duties as required. These positions have enforcement authority over Santa Cruz County codes and ordinances related to POSCS. In the event of any other violation discovered, the appropriate law enforcement agency would be called.
Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following: Patrols park facilities and land areas under the jurisdiction of POSCS, to provide visitor services, preserve natural resources, and to insure that a safe recreational environment is maintained; reports law violations and injuries to the appropriate authorities; enforces County park rules and ordinances by issuing verbal warnings or notifying the appropriate authorities; issues parking citations in authorized areas; directly or indirectly participates in, and/or resolves emergency situations; administers first-aid and CPR; interprets the natural and historical features of the park to park visitors; answers questions and explains park policies and regulations; responds to public inquiries, complaints and suggestions, and refers information to the appropriate sources; collects fees, issues receipts and accounts for the fees collected; gathers park census figures; prepares written work logs, schedules, and incident reports; inspects and maintains the cleanliness of facilities; may assist in the rescue of animals; acts as a lead worker over seasonal employees; may assist in the training of seasonal and new employees.

- Operates bus in such a way that road and safety regulations are always followed; reports any traffic violations to the Director immediately
- Follow the safety guidelines around loading and unloading clients
- Keeps the bus clean and free of debris; follows other bus cleaning procedures
- Keeps complete inventory of first aid supplies

-Prepares, completes, and maintains air movement's records, documents and reports. Prepares and maintains travel forms, weight and balance records. Created logs of different actions plus defensive maintenance services.
-Verifies eligibility of cargo and mail offered for airlift. Reviews passenger travel authorizations for validity and accuracy.
-Checks in passengers, processes, schedules, transports and escorts passengers to and from aircraft.
- Secures cargo with appropriate devices and equipment. Operates terminal security equipment and conducts passenger and baggage security inspections.
Selects, assembles, palletizes, and transports aircraft cargo loads to and from aircraft and storage areas.
-GATES: (DOD) The Air Mobility Command's aerial port operations and management information system is designed to support automated cargo and passenger processing, the reporting of in-transit visibility data to the Global Transportation Network, and billing to the Air Mobility Command's financial management directorate. Also called GATES, as the VCO (Vehicle Control Officer), I was in charge of and responsible for 41 vehicles at a cost of $15,541,599.00.
