Drive Program Profit and Growth
. Provides supervision, oversight and support for the program and staff
. Responsible for the financial stability and increasing capacity of the program
. Assists in the fiscal year projections, develops budgets and monitors the fiscal soundness of the services
. Assists with the development of business and marketing plans

Ensure Quality Performance and Risk Management
Ensures that all client contacts are completed as well as related paperwork within the allotted time frames

Recruitment
. Ensuring targeted recruitment to meet current demand by utilizing data
. Carrying out the annual recruitment plan
. Establish the Necco brand as a leader in foster care by educating the community and related organizations at events
. Build relationships with foster parents, local businesses, news media, churches, community organizations, and business leaders.
. Use data to collaborate with staff, foster parents, and community-based influencers to develop and implement ongoing recruitment methods
Certification
Manage all aspects of foster parent initial and on going training
. Ensure training of Hobb’s principles of Re-Education and Necco culture
. Lead the certification process as required by state licensing to include initial training, home study process and approval to be a foster home
. Maintain knowledge of current state regulations relating to foster homes
. Provide foster parent training classes for certification per state requirements and Assess the family for ability to foster throughout the training and home study process
. Provide recommendations for needed training in growth areas
.Participate in the admissions process from youth referral to first placement
. Maintain all aspects of the foster parent record in the database
. Ensure the accuracy of pipeline numbers
. Working with the team on foster home capacity and utilization
The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:
Service Delivery
. This team member will communicate with multiple agencies, biological family members and foster parents in order to schedule and carry out supervised visitations. These visits are in the home, office or community based.
. Carry out the visitations as scheduled and per DHHR request.
. Document the visitation for the DHHR and the Court.
. Attend MDTs and court as requested by the state to testify to the facts of how visitation is being carried out and family progress or problems.
. Communicate in a responsible, courteous and professional manner with youth, foster parents, outside agencies, and others as appropriate.
. Provide Transportation for either the child or sometimes the biological family to and from the visitation.
Program Support
. Ensure documentation is completed accurately within four (4) days of service
. Assist Case Managers in areas related to clients as appropriate
. Provide transportation services as appropriate
. Schedule and maintain a calendar of visits
. Ensure the confidentiality of families served
