• Assumes the charge nurse role on night shift
• ICU trained; Manages patient with higher level of acuity: patients
on ventilators or with increased oxygen requirement, patient
needing vasopressors and other medications that needs frequent
monitoring and assessment
• Administers medications, treatments, and therapies to patients in
accordance with established protocols and standards of care
• Administers chemotherapy infusions and monitor patient
response
• Assesses patient's pain and developed strategies for pain
management
• Monitor changes in patient conditions to ensure quality and safety
