Hello, my name is Eun Hae Jung, and I have over 7 years of experience in the banking industry. I am currently working as a TMS Implementation Specialist at Bank of Hope, where I’ve gained extensive knowledge in Treasury Management Services and account setup processes. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of banking operations.
I began my career at Hanmi Bank as a Senior Customer Services Associate, where I learned the importance of providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships. After that, I moved to Bank of Hope as a Deposit Operation Specialist, where I handled tasks such as processing non-post transactions, handling stop payments, and verifying mobile deposits. I also gained experience with foreign check processing, including Canadian checks, and managed Fed claims to recover funds for the bank.
In my current role, I have further honed my skills in account management and customer support while working closely with internal teams to implement new systems and improve operations.
