Primarily responsible for managing the collection of more than a million artifacts (including digital images) collected over 48 years and housed in eight historic buildings on the museum campus.
· Implemented system for evaluation and database management for artifacts.
· Training and supervision of volunteers specializing in archival tasks.
· Liaison with “Yes I Can” special needs program, working with interns.
· Resource coordinator for visiting consultants (NEDCC, MAP, CAP).
· Provide outreach at community events.
· Supervise housekeeping, pest management, and environmental monitoring.
· Oversight of yearbook digitization for all schools in area, from elementary to high schools.
· Initiated disaster preparedness evaluation, which will result in a disaster response plan.
