
Current junior in college with experience in customer service seeking the Disney Parks Operations Project Development Internship for Spring 2027. Passionate about creating positive guest experiences, collaborating with others, and applying strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to support my team and projects from planning through implementation. Promotes quality customer service face-to-face and over the phone to current and future guests. Process sales and enrollment transactions. Acts as the first point of contact for current and future Goldfish guests, and is responsible for presenting a positive image for the company. Answers telephones, responds to inquiries, takes messages and screens and directs phone calls in a professional manner. Processes student registrations using effective sales/customer service techniques. Resolves customer concerns/complaints using a professional approach. Assists members with purchases of merchandise and vending. Checks voicemail and email correspondence and responds in a timely manner. Makes collection calls to resolve open account problems. Brings creative ideas forward to ensure efficient operating procedures and an engaging atmosphere for students and staff. Greets parents and students as they report to the front desk. Checks in students on the attendance tracking system.
Instructs students on water safety and proper swim techniques based on thorough knowledge of the Goldfish Swim School curriculum. Enforces safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents. Makes rescues and administers first aid when necessary. Evaluates students’ progress, and completes required paperwork in a timely manner. Interacts with parents/guardians on the activities and development of students’ swim skills. Uses problem-solving and creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges that students encounter. Inspects pool areas before and after each class for possible maintenance, cleanliness or damage issues. Reports issues to management as appropriate.
