All responsibilities of Quality Technician and the following:
*Reviewing line records, including cleanings, pumps, what
was ran before and after each product, reviewing micro results
on all products ran on the same line, and compiling results to
look for patterns/ similarities on failed products and reporting these findings to supervisor and R&D.
*Collecting and testing additional swabs.
*Compiling swab results.
*Additional air testing at locations of interest.
*Collaborating with R&D & external support.
*Preforming extensive testing on suspect products
*Testing components for contamination.
*Placed STO request with DCs and tracked receipt of FGs to ensure batch coverage.
*Collaborating with line leads and facilities to identify any dead legs, and potential causes of contamination.
*Audits include but are not limited to: BRC, FDA, SMETA, ISO, RSPO, and True Source Honey.
