• Lead 8-10 dancers in small group competitions for yearly performances.
• Boost team morale by organizing team-building activities and fostering a positive environment.
• Collaborate with studio director to oversee choreography and determine areas in need of improvement; optimize strategies to strengthen performances at competitions.
• Elevate competition results through continuous refinement of dance techniques and dedication to perfection.
• Mentor younger dancers, providing guidance in performance etiquette through consistent encouragement, praise, and constructive criticism.

Dancer for 14 years. Competitive Dancer for 10 years. Training in Jazz, Musical Theater, Hip-Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary and Acro.

Varsity - 11th & 12th grade, Junior Varsity - (co-captain - 10th grade) Perform cheer and tumbling routines ranging from pep rallies, halftime performances, homecoming routines, freshman orientation programs and youth cheer athlete clinics.
