As a loader it is a highly demanding and physical position. Loading u have to maintain extreme fast pace to load boxes into the trailer from the conveyer. The boxes need to be loaded properly from bottom to top and tightly uniformed to perform the duty of loading the most amount possible.

As a trainer I used all my skills as a loader to trainer new coworkers to perform as best and safe as possible.

• Help coworkers perform their job properly as well as making sure they have their pallets ready, wrapping pallets, taking out jams that gernally happen on the conveyer, and maintaining a safe environment.
