Accomplishments

  • Developed a Django web app which employed use of Docker, Web API’s, and a MVT structure. Built for use in a classroom setting with a focus on analyzing the relationship between data and graphs. Users were able to create a student or teacher profile, accessing their account by creating a username & password. Teacher accounts could build lesson plans, quizzes, and check student scores and attendance. Lesson plans focused around creating graphs and charts with real-time response.
  • Developed a JFX application that simulated a restaurant supply company. Users could add/remove inventory, add drivers and trucks, build orders, assign deliveries to specified customers, and adjust item price. The application was connected through a MySQL database.
  • Built a Battleship game web app. The project employed the use of SPRINT cycles. I gained experience with writing requirement documentation and test cases. The coding portion was for backend web services written in Java to support the frontend application.
