This property program was created to capture the high-end business lost due to the construction of City Center in conjunction with the fire event on the 32nd floor. “PRIVILEGE” was a total property effort and took the buy off of all department heads to ensure their employees understood its importance, and its direct link to the success and overall property EBITDA.
