Evan Buentello

I started out my working career as a Lifeguard and thrived so well in that job, making sure myself, my team, and patrons were safe while they were at the pool. Doing this job grew my love for it and allowed me to move up to a supervisor and share those qualities that I built and picked up with other lifeguards who might need some help. I have always been a team player and love to build up my team, so we can all be the best of ourselves. I am a hard-working individual who is willing to do what it takes to achieve my goals. Once I earned the job as a lifeguard instructor, I made sure everyone who was in my class got the right education and was very successful. This position also helped me discover new ways of teaching and being able to make it fun, enjoyable, and educational. As a person, I get along with others well and love working as a team. I enjoy building up my teammates and taking the initiative to be a leader. Hard work has always been a pillar in my life, and I'm willing to use it in everything I put my mind to.
