In my time, I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to be a part of the management team that opened up the newest club in the company in Hanover, Pa in 2017.   • In my time in Ferguson, I have helped implement numerous processes to help with the every day operation of the club that have made tremendous impact.
  • With working together with the leadership team in the building we identified numerous culture changes that we wanted to achieve and set fourth the plans to help guide the club into the new direction that we saw.
  • With these changes we have seen a drastic decrease in overall club shrink and associate turnover. In the same time we have seen great improvement in our associate engagement, sales/profitability, MXvoices and community engagement.

  • As a member of the management team responsible for opening Sam's Club's newest location, I faced numerous challenges and tasks that I had no prior experience with. Through strong adaptation I was able to utilize all these new experiences and provide our club with the best possible standing it could be in, both from an operational standing as well as a member satisfaction standing.
  • While at this location I have had the opportunity to work in every assistant manager position which has helped strengthen my abilities, as well as expand on my overall scope of responsibility. This has allowed me to adapt my management style to fit the business needs best in any position that I may be in.
  • In my time as an assistant manager at Hanover I have been a pivotal part of helping the store develop from a brand new location to a club that has exceeded every growth metric that we have been given. Most excitingly, we reached $86M in sales at the conclusion of our fifth fiscal year.
