• Review & manage legal contract files associated with major Acquisitions & Divestitures transactions, building out the exhibits to the underlying agreement, Purchase and Sell Agreement, Assignment and Bill of Sale, etc.
• Optimize Lead - providing guidance to a team of 12 colleagues for 300,000 net oil & gas mineral acres across the entire West Texas & New Mexico Permian-Central Basin Platform.
• Team Lead - successfully overseeing the divestment of 70,000 net oil & gas mineral acres in Central Oklahoma & Permian Basin (built & facilitated Lease data tables, PSA/Assignment Exhibit A’s, manage transfer Restrictions).

• Researched title documents & built in Microsoft Excel a Drilling Block Analysis by asset property with calculated Gross Working Interest, Net Revenue Interest & Net acres to support in determining the best future economical drill site locations & new business development opportunities.
• Review, evaluate, negotiate & draft Joint Operating Agreement’s & acreage Farm-Out/Term Assignment requests from offset 3rd party operators.

• Team Lead - supervising a team of 10 colleagues for over $7 Billion in new asset acquisitions, cleaning up land, mineral, oil & gas title ownership to update both internal databases.
• Land Special Project Lead - directing a team of 17 colleagues on a successful company-wide records online software system data conversion project. Core Team Member in customizing the new design setup, testing & implementation of the new online software system.

• Team Lead - in successfully divesting a $1.2 billion-dollar deal in SW Kansas Hugoton Gas Field including 2,400 wells sold to Linn Energy, by providing organization and direction to a team of 20 colleagues.
• Team Lead - overseeing a team of 5 colleagues in successfully divesting a $228 million-dollar deal for 2500 miles of Pipeline Assets across 8 counties connected to its two Gas Processing Plants in the North Texas Panhandle sold to Eagle Rock Energy Partners.
