Had my first few jobs to get into the work force and get a feel for it. My first career job I entered in was a UW internship. Was moved around to see what career interested me the most and nothing realy jumped out at me and wasn't interested in working at the hospital setting. Was always around my dad watching him fix trucks at a diesel shop at a young age and he got me my first job at Internation Trucks to get my foot in the door and feel for mechanics on my own. I enjoyed the entry level job but wanted to do more engine work and diagnostics. Moved to Kriete Truck Center and was able to work more on engines, electrical diagnostics, mechanical diagnostics, and went to school for transmissions. Mechanic work for me was just a easy was to follow my dad in his footsteps at a decent career path. I have always been interested in police work but never pursued it because I didn't have any knowledge of that field of work until i meet my father in law and started taking to him about it and knew that was what I wanted to do.
In the 8 week intern program I was learning each of the following career paths that they provided me.
