Worked on company provided tug boats to assist with delivery, shipping, docking and vessel underway projects for government assets entering and exiting the shipyard. Day to day tasks of moving barges, equipment, security barriers and operating smaller vessels for work orders in conjunction with ship construction. Also performed engineer duties for maintenance/preventative maintenance on the tug boats for regular upkeep and assurance of proper mechanical function for engines, generators, waste treatment and all other routine functions of the vessels.
