  • Act as primary TCA on high profile oncology trials such as JPEG and JZQB as project manager overseeing operations of the trial over both regulatory work as well as budget and contract negotiations, while maintaining inspection readiness and delivering on company goals for activation timelines. Delivered JPEG to first patient visit in fastest timeline ever in Oncology, only to beat that record in JZQB a year later through my leadership as primary TCA
  • Collaborate with study teams and Loxo leadership to help support overall business goals and deliver on important deadlines. Presents weekly updates to senior Loxo leadership
  • Work as primary point of contact/head SME in Trial Capabilites for all Canadian clinical trials. Oversee TC training, IQVIA and Site Engagement relationship, and troubleshooting all regulatory/budget and contract issues as they arise with Associate Director (Trial Managers). Represent NATC in global Lilly meetings with Site Engagement and IQVIA to streamline the rollout of the new operations plan
  • Host weekly cross functional TCM meetings during site activation to expedite site activation and assist Trial Capability Associates. Work closely with Site Engagement, Medical, Clinical Development, CLS, and IQVIA cross functionally to optimize site activation and problem solve any site/Country level issues.
  • Coach, mentor, and evaluate Trial Capabilities Associates on their portfolio work

  • Screened, interviewed, hired, and trained site staff for IADC. Managed a small team and oversaw site activities for over 400 annual patient visits.
  • Designed, coded, tested, validated, migrated previous date, and rolled out first ever EDC at the IADC. Worked closely with PIs to ensure user friendliness as well as working with the data core to ensure data safety.
  • Lead minority recruitment efforts for IADC. Grew African American recruitment from 5% to 15 % over three years through community events, a community advisory board, and other recruitment activities
  • Worked as liaison between scientist at the university and Physicians to create study plans and conceive new studies. Managed writting protocols, building budgets, and gained ethical approval for largest R01 in site history
