I currently work as the manager of an integral DoD contract
I lead the team with thirty three direct report employees, and am responsible for all operations on the contract

I work with individuals on work assignments, corrections, and quality of work
I personally tackle any communications issues that come up with employees, and am the go-to problem solver when issues arise

In my first year on the job, I lead the team to a 32% net revenue gain over the prior year
I successfully did this while navigating the challenges of the pandemic and a changing industry
This year, we are set to further our revenue gain by 34% on the contract
Business Development
I have assisted the CEO of the company on the verbal and written portions of a proposal utilized to bid on a $500 million dollar contract
I assisted in the presentation of this proposal to the client via teleconference and also clarified any questions or concerns the client had on the call
My presence on the call helped promote the company’s reliability in the eyes of the client
Human Resources Management
During my tenure leading the team, I’ve had the opportunity to navigate and successfully resolve multiple HR situations on the team
I’ve implemented three performance improvement programs, and all three times I was able to save the employee in question from exiting the team
Each of those team members is now on a productive path, and we avoided production loss as a result
Integrity and Security Management
As a holder of a top secret clearance, I am well versed in internet security and the guarding of sensitive information
I handle sensitive information on a daily basis, and also work with my team to maintain the security and integrity of this information
As a result of our hard work, we have maintained a 99% quality rating from the client on our security protocols.
