- Developed working process to provide all needed documents to Kaiser's procurement and receiving teams to help prevent future match exceptions to take place and ensure invoices are paid promptly.

- During the COVID-19 pandemic, setup and managed the logistics and order management of 4 Kaiser National Reserve Warehouses (NRW) for PPE supply as well as 4 Mass Vaccination Clinics within Northern and Southern CA.

- Collaborated with project leads to ensure order fulfillment and resolutions are provided.

- Managed monthly billings for Transportation expenses to ensure CAH recoups for the services.
