• Tutored Students in various subjects as needed in small groups, providing examples and answering students' questions. As an additional advisory board member contributed to planning and managing events as well as training and writing tutor curriculum and techniques

• Performed a personal research project into low latency, bimanual haptic feedback systems with integrated motion control for teleoperation, coordinated and presented at weekly progress meetings, later presented this research at BMES 2019, and help to fabricate, code, design, and construct the system in collaboration with various other peers and graduate students.

• Learned to customer service by interacting with customers, finding shoes, placing online orders, and utilizing situation control or diffusion tactics.Helped optimize storage efficiency in the store by re-engineering a sorting system based upon shoe location in-store.
