A family friend allowed me to work under him to gain some experience after graduating from a welding academy. While short, my experience here was extremely beneficial. Unfortunately, there was not enough work opportunities to keep me on full time. While employed, my primary duties involved making precise cuts of metal in preparation for things such as wrought iron fence production.

• Stocked fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, and deli products, as well as assisted in neighboring departments when we were short staffed.
• Maintained tidy and clean work areas to promote optimal productivity and safety standards.
• Operated a large baler to efficiently remove cardboard trash from the building.

• Opened and closed location and monitored shift changes to uphold successful operations strategies and maximize business success.
• Facilitated clear communication between employees and upper management through regular meetings and updates.
• Took scheduled inventory of food supplies and finances, and documented findings in an excel sheet.
