Cleaning and maintaining a presentable appearance for guests.

Routine cleaning of floors and walls daily before opening.

Deep cleaning floors with steam cleaners and carpet cleaners.

Groundskeeping and beach maintenance, including raking and shoveling sand and debris.

Moving and organizing furniture to better suit guests based on events.

Repairing and restoring furniture as needed.

General handyman work when necessary.

Receiving

Using pallet jacks to move products across the warehouse.

Breaking down and consolidating incoming products.

Sorting and distributing incoming UPS packages to different departments throughout the warehouse.

Stacking, wrapping and labelling skids and gaylords to be stored throughout the warehouse.

Occasionally stacking outgoing boxes inside semi trailers with movable assembly lines.

Assembly Line Lead

Constantly standing and lifting 50+ lbs.

Breaking down skids of primarily brake rotors to feed assembly lines.

Maintaining the machines when necessary.

Using pallet jacks to move products around the work space.

Assigning tasks to workers on the lines when necessary.

Assuring product is correctly packaged and labelled.

Painting, interior and exterior.

Remodeling home interiors.

Cleaning with various chemical cleaners.

Hanging, removing, and painting cabinets and doors.

Fire and water damage restoration and reconstruction.

Operating various machines and equipment as necessary.

Carpentry Laborer

Constantly lifting and moving 50+ lbs.

Cutting and assembling frames for walls, houses, garages, etc. with less than 1/16" margin of error.

Assembling and erecting frames for garages.

Using ladders and scaffolding to attach plywood to erected frames.

Removing and replacing interior trim and cabinets.
