• Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and machine learning engineers to deliver on strategic use-cases, grow data science as a practice at MISO, and evolve the underlying machine learning platform.
• Serve as a liaison for Data Strategy by providing consultation to multiple initiatives and business units, including data architecture, data science, and machine learning operations, data engineering, problem definition, and agile planning.
• Areas of expertise: operational forecasting and uncertainty, predictions for equipment outages, strategy optimization, deploy-Code & deploy-Model frameworks for MLOps, knowledge graphs, Azure cloud data architecture, process analytics, defining analytical problems, and working within a SAFe Agile framework.

• Served as the machine learning workstream lead through MISO's first major cloud data platform investment, transforming MISO's data platform from an on-premises warehouse to the medallion architecture in Azure Cloud. As part of this, my team delivered MISO's first production-grade, cloud-hosted machine learning model.
• Established a framework for converting business problems into defined analytical problems, enabling a smooth transition from project ideation to execution for reporting and advanced analytics use cases alike. This framework was adopted as an organizational best practice.
• Conducted an organizational data and analytics maturity assessment, tailored specifically to measure the performance and desire for enterprise data management capabilities. Structured as a marketing analytics campaign, this analysis enabled the data strategy team to objectively verify if our current strategy was meeting internal needs.

• Developed a business management information system that hosted and facilitated the integration of strategic planning, process improvement, technology system, and investment portfolio data.
• Developed and supported the data pipelines required to refresh strategic reporting dashboards, as well as the creation of the underlying user experience via business intelligence and corporate collaboration sites.
• Piloted optimization analysis, leveraging machine learning, to improve investment selection and provide interactive scenario-based views of the underlying strategic roadmap.

• Developed an information system to manage the conversion of operational improvements into base budget and process-based efficiency, enabling the tracking of over $10M in less than 3 years.
• Conducted baseline analysis of operational outcomes to identify value streams and subsequent opportunities for improvement, with a focus on control-room operations and IT operations.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
