MECHANICAL-

Installing equipment as in furnace bases, furnaces, ductwork to furnaces, pumps/motors, conveyors, and fabricating and installing non excising framing and bases needed for the equipment set.

PRECISION-

Aligning motors with the rotalign laser. Haven't really used caliper alignments much.

Ironwork-

Bolt up, Connector, Fabricating and welding beams to fit installation because of engineer mistakes. Staging and marking equipment, flagging and rigging the iron to send up to connectors at the time. Running and operating forklifts/manlifts/scissor lifts. (Have the certification cards for my lift trainings). (Also have my certifications from trade welding school.)

Greasing and oiling all running equipment at mill, Welding damaged equipment at the mill, Changing out drag chains in material conveyors, changing bags on shakers, Fabricating parts for equipment in the mill, Breaking apart a shredder and installing new blades.
