As an avid reader and someone hungry for knowledge I continually read and listen to lectures from established experts in the field of healthcare to monitor and implement emerging evidence-based changes to diet and lifestyle to maintain a high level of both physical and mental health in my personal and professional life. I thoroughly enjoy learning new information and integrating it into my daily routine to optimize both my mental performance and physical performance during athletic activities. Being physically active is a large part of my life and using new knowledge to adjust my routine is an area where I find profound enjoyment. I am also a dedicated family man, and love bringing my children and my wife to share new experiences together and also facilitate family learning and understanding.
