Perform analytical and microbiological testing of products, ingredients, food components and environmental samples in support of shelf-life, microbial risk assessment and setting of operational guidelines relative to food safety and stability.
Verify machine is ready for organic products completing chlorine testing on water and swabbing.
Also doing conductivity tests on packages using a conductivity meter.
Developing, review/revise, and assess Company Food Safety policy/standards and analytical methods and procedures.
Initiate Continuous Improvement Actions and lead Root Causes Analysis for Deviations related to Environmental Monitoring.
Lead and Conduct Environmental Monitoring Activities for the Production facility.
Daily inspecting of production machines making sure all CIP’s are done
Checking code dates, comparing expiration date, filler #code and package code to schedule.
