Lead Captain's Duties Include:

• Conduct daily checks and routine maintenance on all engines and on-board equipment.
• Greet all passengers as they embark and disembark the vessel.
• Count each passenger as they embark, log the final count.
• Safely operate each vessel.
• Tour Narration.
• Be respectful and courteous to all passengers and crew.
• Handle guest complaints, maintaining a positive experience for all customers.
• Create repeat business by giving a quality nature tour.
• Secure vessel at end of shift.
• Supervise and assist as necessary with cleaning the vessel and cash-out procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining all paperwork and crew training logs.
• Schedule and coordinate vessel maintenance.
• Responsible for crew Training and crew management.
• Coordinate and conduct all Coast Guard Inspections.
• Thoroughly inspect and prepare vessel to ensure a successful Coast Guard Inspection.
