· Supervises, instructs, and trains marketing, membership, events, volunteer, and youth programming employees in the proper methods and procedures for conducting work; monitors work for compliance with established program policies, procedures, standards, and regulations; conducts performance evaluations; makes recommendations to the Kroc Director of hiring/firing decisions.

· Assists the Kroc Director in conducting meetings to exchange ideas, develop goals, set priorities, and schedule and analyze current and future programmatic expansion initiatives; ensures staff are informed of priorities and manages the marketing plan to coincide with scheduled events.

· Oversees internal communications via standardized procedures. Ensures departments develop an annual programming plan to ensure feasible marketing and programming plans. Strategies on areas for growth within programming, events, and memberships. Communicates all plans with all departments.

Assists supervisors in budget preparation and business planning; space allocation; and office supply and inventory management. Provides feedback and recommendations for long-range planning and administrative needs.
