At Jimmy Johns, I operated all four stations: Bread Starting,Meat pulling, Wrapping, and Cashier. I regularly took customers orders both over the phone and through the POS system. My daily responsibilities included sweeping and mopping floors, sanitizing stations and the lobby areas, restocking chips and drinks, detailing the restaurant, and washing dishes. I prepared vegetables and sliced a variety of meats, including beef, ham, turkey, salami, and capicola. I also baked both wheat and french bread and ensured prep work was completed efficiently. As a Shift manager I was responsible for opening and closing procedures, sharpening the slicer, preparing food, completing shift paperwork, counting inventory and cash, and leading my team throughout the shifts. I handled customer concerns promptly and professionally, and took on deep cleaning tasks, including maintaining the slicer, proofer, bread racks, and prep areas. I consistently demonstrate leadership, dependability, and a strong work ethic, earning a promotion from inshop to management in just three months.
I Prepared meals using all 4 stations, Grill 1, Grill 2, Make, and Fryer. I Swept floors, moped, sanitized stations, sanitized the lobby, Detailed the restaurant daily, prepped food products daily, and washed dishes. I have worked all 4 stations at once, I worked my way up from Grill 1, to make, to fryer, to running the line by myself.
I Prepared meals using all 5 stations, Grill, Slicer, Sprinkler, Wrapping, and Cashier. I Swept floors, moped, sanitized stations, sanitized the lobby, Detailed the restaurant daily, and washed dishes. I restocked chips, soda etc. I have worked all 5 stations at once, I worked my way up from a certified slicer, shift lead, opener, to assistant manager. I ordered truck, Pepsi, made runs to the bank for change, and took inventory.
Prepared meals using broiler, flattop, and fryer, prepared set-ups for meals, washed dishes, kept workspace clean and sanitized, etc.
