  • Tracks and Monitors costs for the Office of Operational Excellence (OpEx) which umbrellas the Offices of: Health Equity (OHE), Quality Improvement/Performance Management, and Health Plans Development
  • Act as liaison between OpEx and Commonwealth Bureaus, Offices, and Departments including, but not limited to: The Office of Budget, Department of General Services, Bureau of Procurement, Office of Adminstration- Human Resources, Department of State, and IT

  • Maintain unserstanding of the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) standards, the State Health Assessment (SHA), and the State Health Improvement Plan (SHIP), and Health Equity Standards
