• I am a designer in the CA engineering area. With experience in SAP PDM, Design Software and solution problems in QMM and manufacturing area.
• I have created Materials, BOMs, Documents in SAP system for samples and production. I have participated in special SAP ICO projects such as UBK and POE migrations.
• I have created technical drawings and 3D models of components and seat motors assy, explosions, interactions between components and technical analysis in Auto CAD, Catia, and Nx systems.
• I have had technical discussions with customers and suppliers for new projects, RPPs and ECRs. Especially in the patent with the smart controller project.
• I have implemented internal and global ECRs. Following up with the team and validating its implementation.
• I have supported some validation tests of the AHC drives. As performance curve, static strength, thermal shocks, Impact test, pull-out force, rotation torque, no-load current measurement
• I have supported manufacturing and QMM to solve production failures.

I have acquired new knowledge about project management, leadership, quality control, programming, digital electronics, automation and I have reinforced other knowledge of CNC machines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
