I'm still currently working here and what I do is interact with customers and as a trainer

create detailed training plans to have successful plans of new crew members. i'ved learned and always liked being a fast neat learner where I know when it gets busy I'm able to move fast but doing it without making a mistake. Interacting with customers has helped build more knowledge of having an idea to make their experience a good one for them to come back.

In UNIQLO I helped customers choose clothing of there own style and provided fitting room support and by support it was to fold clothing and kept merchandising displays neat on sales floor. I was able to run clothes from the back to the house front the front.
