Accomplishments

I voluntarily created a binder for our oncology unit specifically to assist the newly chemotherapy certified nurses. It consisted of a step by step process on how to facilitate chemotherapy administration starting from acquisition of doctor's order, pharmacy coordination up to administration of chemotherapy to patients. The binder aimed to ease and reduce anxiety and promote confidence to nurses who are new to chemotherapy administration.
