I would welcome and assist customers by answering any questions about sizing, accessories, promotional sales, etc., helping customers locate products around the store, and recommending different items to customers based on individual wants. I would process cash, card, and check transactions using the POS system, manage efficient checkout procedures, and handle cash transactions according to company policies. I would maintain the store's appearance and organization by stocking and rotating products, pricing and tagging items, and organizing racks and shelves to help support the store's visual appearance. Additionally, I would contribute to creating a positive shopping environment for our customers by maintaining store cleanliness, resolving customer concerns professionally, and collaborating with my team members to help ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming environment for all customers

I would prepare a full course breakfast for each guest, delivering these meals to every room, retrieve and clean the dishes and kitchen from breakfast service, do all of the prep work needed for the next shift, and additionally I would speak to guests to answer any questions they had or bring any requested items to guests rooms to help ensure the best experience for every guest that stayed with us

I would welcome and seat guests, clean and maintain the dining room and bar room, deliver food and nonalcoholic beverages to guests, input requests into the POS computer system, close out customers tabs, turnover tables in an efficient manner, and do the cleaning and prep work for the next shift
