My professional experiences and openness to change have allowed me to adapt in all types of situations. I have worked in all different environments and worked through adversity with grace and ease. Besides my own personal growth, I believe that I have the ability to have an effect on someone else's life through my own personal experiences and education. I have a will to grow and develop those around me as the opportunity has been given to me. When the time comes, I am the one everyone can rely on. When given the opportunity, I have always stepped up to the plate to be that inspiration. Although I am not perfect, I hope that my imperfection can only be an encouragement that everyone has faults. Being in leadership roles has allowed me to shine a mirror on places of improvement, and therefore, allowed for a much more rapid growth. It has never been more than 12 months since I have seen a promotion at any given company. My work shines through the crowd and makes people take notice.
