Executive leadership over the self-sustaining planning, marketing, activities, grant submissions, and operations of the non-profit ecological and educational Manatee Observation and Education Center (MOEC) including all initiatives related to the Treasure Coast Manatee Foundation Board which provides oversight to the MOEC.
