Operating CNC Laser Cutting Machine.
Reprogramming and altering cutting plans with a computer
basic maintenance on CNC Laser
Altering Parameters for optimal cutting performance
Moving and carrying heavy items for Laser operation. Such as removing finished parts after being cut, Loading and Unloading raw material using a crane.
Blueprint Reading
Unpackaging and Repackaging of aircraft parts for NDT operation on customer owned hardware.
Apply dye penetrant for inspection of cracks on customer owned hardware.
Removed and replaced parts for NDT inspection and procedures.
Touch up missing paint and repair.
Sand, prepare, prime and final paint of repaired parts and assemblies.
Use sanding equipment and respirators.
Use of HVLP mini touchup guns and full size Devilbiss paint guns.
Final paint of parts and assy.
Use of clamping devices and vacuums.
And the use of liquid adhesive.
Finishing parts to an even and smooth surface.
Ensuring all parts met quality specifications and requirements.
Use small hand tools, sanders, rivet guns, drills, calipers, mics, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
Perform other duties and work as required.
Sheet metal welding and repair.
