Managed fundraising and resources in the renovation and future reconstruction of a memorial garden at Gwynedd Square Presbyterian Church.

Tasks included:

Writing a project proposal

Coordinating with both my church and my troop for approvals

Gathering volunteers

Shopping for supplies

Setting up a station for fundraising

Coordinating my troop's efforts on work day and providing food and drink

Logging work hours

Project Included:

Removing old plants

Transplanting flowers

Taking down an arbor

Dismantling a patio

Clearing garden beds of weeds

Led a group (patrol) of boys aged 11-18 in various activities related to Boy Scouts, planning camping trips with the adults and other patrol leaders, and diffusing conflict within my troop or patrol while maintaining responsibility for the safety of my patrol.
