While I’m participating in DCI during the 2025 season, I’ve shown excellent work ethic and willingness to correct mistakes and improve from received criticism. I’ve also done well as a team member, helping my section exceed our expectations and goals by helping under-performing teammates achieve their own goals. Furthermore, I’ve been adept at working under pressure, as the environment of a Drum Corps during rehearsals is stressful and high-energy, but my performance has remained consistent under these situations.
I’ve also shown these skills and more under the Nampa High School’s Theatre, helping design sets and act in shows, I’ve been known to help others with their own problems while still completing my objectives, and I’m excellent at cooperating as a team, offering input and feedback to those who ask, and accepting the same from those who have more experience than I.
