I work well in group work, and if I see a co-worker struggling to perform their tasks effectively, I try to help by giving them techniques to do it in the easiest way possible I like to follow instructions to carry out my tasks as required by the job, and if I see a better way to do it, I talk to my supervisor to show them and see if they allow me to do it that way I don't like workplace conflicts, so I don't mix anything beyond what is work-related, and keep personal matters outside of my job I adapt well to sudden changes in work and schedules I find that in the tasks I can perform, I do quite well without affecting my colleagues
