Working at Donatos for over a year has helped me build a lot of important skills. I’ve learned how to manage my time by keeping up with orders and staying on schedule during busy shifts. I’ve also gotten better at communicating with team members and customers, whether it’s taking orders, handling issues, or helping out in the kitchen. Working with a team every day has taught me how to stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and be someone others can count on. Overall, it’s made me more professional and confident at work.
